瑜珈輔具套組

I love that the cork blocks are fine-grain, so they don't feel rough or scratchy during poses, and the set has really helped me deepen my stretches.

I was worried cork blocks would feel scratchy, but these are smooth and dense enough that my wrists don't sink in during lunges. The two blocks stack perfectly under my hips for supported bridge, which I've been doing every night. Way sturdier than the foam ones I borrowed from a friend.

The cork blocks have that fine-grain texture that gives just enough grip without feeling rough on my palms. I’ve used them for a few weeks now and they hold up well during sweaty sessions. Only wish the kit included a strap, but the blocks alone are solid.
