瑜珈磚：軟木瑜珈塊

I’ve been using this cork block for a few weeks now and the grip is excellent even when my palms get sweaty. It doesn’t slide around like my old foam one, and the density gives just enough stability for deeper stretches.

The cork surface gives me a much steadier grip than my old foam blocks, especially during standing poses when my hands get sweaty. It's firm enough to support my full weight in a supported bridge, and I love that it doesn't slide around on the mat.

I've been using foam blocks for years and they always slid around during triangle pose, but these cork ones stay put on my mat even when my hands get sweaty. They're denser than I expected, so I can really lean my weight into them for supported bridge without any give.
