The grip is a game-changer—finally, no sliding during downward dog. It’s also surprisingly lightweight for rolling up and carrying to class.

I've been using this mat for a month now and the grip is noticeably better than my old one—no more sliding during downward dog. The surface texture keeps me stable even when I start to sweat a little.

Emma ★★★★☆ Oct 11, 2026

I’ve been using this mat for a few weeks and it really does keep me stable in downward dog, which was my main issue. The only small thing is it shows dust more than I’d like, but the design is gorgeous.
