طقم الدفع للأمام - منشفة يوجا، أوزان للمعصم، مكعبات

I’ve had towels that slip the second I start to really move, but this one actually stays put through a full sweaty flow, and the blocks give just the right height for those deep stretches. The weighted cuffs add a nice extra burn without throwing off my balance. Wish I’d grabbed this set sooner.

I was skeptical about weighted cuffs for yoga, but these are comfortable and don't slide around during downward dog. The towel is also surprisingly grippy even when I'm really sweating. Great set for a challenging practice.

The towel actually stays put during a sweaty hot flow, and the weighted cuffs add just enough grounding to make arm balances feel more stable. I've been using this set three times a week and my grip on the mat has never been better.
